Our last garden in the countryside was Mottisfont Abbey. Graham Stewart Thomas began this garden in the 1970's in order to save the antique roses that were disappearing. Here Shelly and Shirley are enjoying the lovely roses. Janet and Fran taking a quick rest before tackling the rest of the garden! We had a lovely private lunch in the Abbey. Stanette and Pat say hi! Anita and Sylvia overlooking the beautiful Abbey. As we exit this wonderful and important garden, Anna and I cross over the river that surrounds the property. It's sad to say good bye to the country side. Kristine and Anna enjoy a last bit of the garden before we took the ride into London.
